Where and how we ship

Enter your intended destination at checkout to see the available delivery options and costs. Confirm the address and charges before submitting payment authorization. Free delivery should not be inferred from a source-brand promotion.

Expected timing

We normally prepare paid, authorized orders within about 1–2 business days. Once handed over for shipment, expected transportation takes 4–6 business days. Add the two stages when planning, and exclude weekends and applicable holidays from business-day counts. Delays are possible; we cannot guarantee a calendar delivery date.

Check your details

Use the correct street, unit, city, state or region, and postal code. Contact us as soon as an address error becomes apparent, because changes are not always possible once the order leaves. Tracking will be provided when available; the carrier’s first update may appear after the dispatch information is issued.

Help with delivery problems

Send your order number and tracking number to cudifizo780@gmail.com when a parcel is late or lost. For a parcel marked delivered, check the delivery location and other household members before contacting us. If goods or packaging are damaged, retain them and provide photos. We will investigate with the available shipment records. Carrier delays, holidays and exceptional conditions may affect estimates, without removing consumer protections.
