Where do I see delivery charges and times?

Checkout provides the services and shipping prices for an eligible address. We estimate 1–2 business days to prepare an authorized order, then 4–6 business days for the dispatched shipment. Business days omit weekends and applicable holidays; estimates are not fixed arrival promises. Read Shipping Policy for shipment updates.

What if I simply want a different item?

The voluntary policy is not for preference changes, no-reason returns or size/option selection errors. It covers damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods when requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. Obtain authorization before mailing a return. Does a refund arrive within ten days?

We process and initiate it on the original payment route within 10 calendar days of approval. Posting by a bank or payment service is separate and can take extra time.
