Our product prices are denominated in USD. Available payment methods are those presented in the actual checkout for your order. Look over shipping, taxes and the final amount before authorization, and do not rely solely on payment graphics outside checkout.

Successful authorization

Payment must be authorized before normal processing starts. The issuer or provider may check billing details, ask for verification or refuse the transaction. An authorization can reserve an amount temporarily without being a settled charge.

Getting help with payment

Make sure your billing details are accurate, and ask the financial provider about a decline or an unexplained hold. Multiple retries may generate extra pending authorizations. Our Contact Us page is available for purchase assistance; never send full card credentials or security codes through email.

Understanding refund timing

An approved refund is processed and sent for return through the original payment channel within 10 calendar days of approval. Financial institutions may add posting time, so initiation and visible credit are not the same event. See Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.
